Change in plans and Diet
Despite eating once a day I am again going to change my diet. I think I’m switching to a lowcarb/high protein diet with no fatty/fried/sugary foods.
or just in general no carbs If i can. I already have the eating once a day party now i just need to work on the rest :) anyhow, lets see how long this can last. My goal is to : Lose fat, gain muscle because im also working out, I call it Journey to Jacked
